Should social media data replace opinion polls — and voting?

American Fact of the Day!

Arizona Was Not A State Until 1912: While the land was ceded in 1848, Arizona didn’t become a state until 1912, making it the 48th state in the Union. Before Mexican ownership, it was owned by Spain. Of course, this is primarily the reason for many of the names of towns, cities, memorials, and other landmarks within the state.

J6 Committee Deleted More Than 100 Files Just Before the GOP Took Over

We saw how the Jan. 6 Committee wasn't particularly interested in the truth. Rather, their whole purpose seemed to be about how they could spin things to smear former President Donald Trump and the Republicans prior to the 2022 midterms. They didn't care about things that might deviate from or blow up their spin.

But now it looks like they may be in trouble themselves, according to a new bombshell report from Fox. The House Administration Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee, led by Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), has been looking into the security failure that day as well as what the Jan. 6 Committee did. The J6 Committee, chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), was supposed to turn over their files to the new GOP-led panel.

Sources told Fox that Thompson said he would be turning over four terabytes of data, then turned over only about two. But Loudermilk's Committee hired a forensics team to scrape the hard drives and found out that 117 files were deleted and encrypted. They were deleted on Jan. 1, 2023 – just days before the GOP was to take over and Thompson had to turn over the data.

According to the report, the forensics team recovered all 117 deleted and encrypted files, and now Loudermilk is demanding to know what was going on here and how to get into the files. Loudermilk has also written to the White House and the DHS demanding they turn over the unreacted transcripts they had been provided by the Jan. 6 Committee. by Jan. 24.

Gavin Newsom's Laughable Dunk Follows His Policies Taking Out Another Great California Business

Gavin Newsom has destroyed another California business. The victim this time is Oakland's first In-N-Out Burger location. The iconic and nationally lauded chain restaurant was started in The Golden State, but the effects of the current governance have proven too difficult to overcome.

According to the company's official social media account, the decision was made due to "high crime activity" in the area, with a specific mention of car break-ins being a problem.

“In-N-Out has officially decided to close their first location ever in Oakland near the airport. This decision has been made due to the high crime activity and car break-ins.”

What's Newsom's future? After that skull dragging he took debating DeSantis, the answer is unclear. He was too much of a coward to actually run for president, and it's clear he's nothing but hair gel and whitened teeth. When it comes to his record and the ability to defend that record, he's a total failure, and the country knows he's a total failure.

No amount of MSNBC love will change that.
