Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual assault and rape in new civil suits
NBC News reports that attorney Tony Buzbee has filed five new civil lawsuits against Combs in the Southern District of New York, alleging sexual assault and rape in incidents from 2000 to 2022. The lawsuits involve two male and three female plaintiffs, including a woman who claims she was raped at age 13. Combs is also accused of drugging some of the victims.
Buzbee intends to file a total of seven suits and plans to continue filing cases weekly as more evidence is gathered. Combs’ team has not commented on the latest allegations, and he has denied previous accusations through his attorneys.
Remains of crew members in crashed U.S. Navy jet found near Washington's Mount Rainier, Navy says
The U.S. Navy announced that the remains of two crew members from a crashed EA-18G Growler jet have been recovered near Mount Rainier, Washington. Cmdr. Timothy Warburton expressed condolences for the loss, stating that the priority is to support the families of the deceased. The jet went down during a routine training flight on Tuesday, and wreckage was located by search crews after challenging conditions in the remote terrain.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation. The aircraft belonged to Electronic Attack Squadron 130, the Navy's oldest electronic warfare squadron. The search for the wreckage involved extensive efforts due to the area's difficult weather and mountainous landscape.
